Matters related to maintaining employment conditions
◯ Development of an employment environment to support the balance between work life and family life of workers raising children, etc.
・Implementation of measures to encourage male employees to take childcare leave as part of efforts to create an environment in which it is easy to take childcare leave and return to work.
<Target> Achieve a level of 90% or higher for both male and female employees who take childcare leave.
<measures> Inform male employees whose spouse has given birth and their superiors about the childcare leave system.
・ Dissemination of various systems
<Target> Inform employees about the work-life balance support system available.
<measures>Post and post on the company intranet.
◯ Development of various working conditions that contribute to the review of working styles
・Implementation of measures to reduce overtime and holiday work
<Target> The average overtime work hours shall be 10 hours or less per month.
<measures> Disseminate and enlighten by e-mail and in-house notice.
